Simply Sudoku is designed to be played offline and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The game uses the Unity engine without any Unity Services (no Ads, Crash Reporting, Remote Config, etc.).

2) What data we collect

• Personal data: None.
• Sensitive data: None.
• Identifiers: None.
• Diagnostics/usage: None sent off-device.

3) What is stored on your device

Local game data (e.g., puzzle state, difficulty, settings) may be saved to your device so the app works as expected. This data never leaves your device unless you back up your device yourself.

4) Internet & third parties

• The game does not require an internet connection to play.
• No third-party SDKs (advertising, analytics, attribution, etc.) are included.
• The in-app “Privacy Policy” link may open this web page in your browser.

5) Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6) Security

Because the app does not transmit data to our servers, there is no server-side processing. Local save data remains on your device.
